Anxiety

Anxiety can show up in all kinds of ways — from tummy aches and school refusal in younger children to overthinking, panic, or withdrawal in teens and young adults. Often, it’s not easy to spot from the outside, and those struggling may not always have the words to explain what they’re feeling. I offer a calm, compassionate space where young people aged 5 to 25 can begin to make sense of their anxiety and learn tools to feel more in control.

Using Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, I blend CBT techniques with relaxation, mindfulness, and guided imagery to gently reduce anxiety and build emotional resilience. Whether it’s managing social anxiety, health worries, exam stress, or general overwhelm, I tailor each session to the individual — helping them feel safe, understood, and empowered to handle whatever life throws their way.
