I work with a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and mental health challenges across childhood, adolescence, and early adulthood. From anxiety, phobias, and low self-esteem to sleep difficulties, exam stress, and habit-related behaviours — no two young people are the same, and neither are the reasons they come to therapy. It would be overwhelming to list everything I support here, and many children and teens experience difficulties that don’t neatly fit into a single category.
Every child is different, which means therapy should never be one-size-fits-all. I tailor each approach around the young person in front of me — their personality, needs, and what feels safe and manageable for them. Where helpful, I’m also happy to liaise with schools to ensure the right support is in place both inside and outside the classroom.
Below, you’ll find a list of common issues I work with — but it’s far from exhaustive. If your child is struggling with something that isn’t listed, or you’re unsure what kind of help they need, please feel free to reach out. I offer a free initial chat to explore whether I’m the right fit and how I might be able to support your family.
